The Indigo Phoenix Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is a legally separate and independent entity from The Indigo Phoenix® LLC. The two organizations share a founder and a brand identity but are distinct in structure, purpose, governance, and finances.

  • The Indigo Phoenix® LLC is a for-profit limited liability company that offers commercial products, digital content, books, courses, and services

  • The Indigo Phoenix Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose activities are limited to its charitable mission
